Here's a really good question, inspired by the BBC programme "Thought Cages - A Parliament by Lottery" in which ad guru and expert on human behaviour Rory Sutherland explored how a “House Of The People”, comprised of a random cross-section of the British public – might be better at truly reflecting the considered will of the British people. I really love the idea and wanted to think about it - and I'd like you to think about it, too!
